Anatrim is said to "trick" the brain into thinking you are no longer hungry, Anatrim does this by releasing a chemical compound similar to glucose but stronger. Your brain receives signals that enough food has been consumed and therefore turns off your appetite... sounds simple enough.

How much Anatrim do you need?

Most people will find that 1-2 tablets an hour before each meal will be enough.
